Terms of use and service

These terms govern the use of corelogicfr.com and the advisory services provided by Corelogicfr SAS.

1. Publisher

Corelogicfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000, registered office at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Commercial Registry under number 928 451 736, intra-community VAT FR43 928 451 736, APE code 7022Z.

2. Purpose of the services

Corelogicfr provides advisory services for accessing French and European public aid: eligibility audits, file preparation, administrative support and training. We are neither a public service, nor an insurance broker, nor a credit institution.

3. Acceptance

Use of the site and subscription to our services imply full acceptance of these terms. Any earlier version is replaced by the version online on the day of use.

4. Pricing and invoicing

The initial eligibility audit is free and without commitment. Any paid service is preceded by a detailed quote in euros incl. VAT, with applicable VAT rates clearly stated. No payment is taken without a signed quote.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no obligation to give reasons and no penalty, starting on the day the quote is signed.

6. Obligations of the parties

The client undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information. Corelogicfr undertakes a duty of best efforts, in compliance with professional secrecy and the deontology applicable to management consulting (NF X50-770 standard).

7. Intellectual property

All content of the site (text, images, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Corelogicfr SAS or its partners, and is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Liability

Corelogicfr cannot be held liable for the decisions taken by the French or European administrations in charge of processing the files, nor for occasional service interruptions for maintenance or force majeure events.

9. Mediation and jurisdiction

In case of dispute, you may freely refer the matter to the consumer mediator CMAP (39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris). Failing an amicable agreement, the Paris Commercial Court has sole jurisdiction. French law applies.

10. Amendments

Corelogicfr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed by a notice on the home page and by email if they are subscribed to our newsletter.
